	TLC Dog Grooming was established in September of 1996. We have been nominated as well as received several awards over the years. Hamilton Spectator’s Reader’s Choice Award for Best Grooming Salon in Hamilton in 2004 & 2007. Hamilton Mountain News, Reader’s Choice Award for Best Dog Grooming Business. As well as Hamilton Burlington SPCA Certification of Appreciation for continued support and dedication.
Terrie and her staff, Andrea, Leah & Jessica establish bonding relationships with your loved one. Humans are important to us, however, your Canine Family member is who we consider to be more important. They are the real customers, they are never wrong & we always put them ahead of the humans.
	Terrie & her staff spend countless hours each day talking to clients about skin issues, ear problems, food, how to brush and comb, as well how often to pre book their appointments. In doing so, knowledge, experience, and wisdom is passed onto our human clients.
Our first concern is always what is best for the dog. We joined the grooming industry to help dogs as well as to show their owners the best way to look after their loved ones.
